"Staff" refers to managers, waiters, or any employees of restaurants registered on our Platform.

"Customer" refers to end-users who use our Platform to engage with restaurants.

3. Limitation of Liability

Dunamis Growth will not be liable for any service provided through our Platform. Our Platform serves as an intermediary between restaurants and customers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any restaurant services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunamis Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Owner Responsibilities

Restaurant owners accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and any employee working under their establishment. Owners are responsible for:

• Ensuring all staff members comply with these Terms and Conditions;
• The accuracy of all restaurant information provided;
• The quality and safety of food and services provided;
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Managing staff accounts and access to the Platform;
• Responding to customer reviews and feedback appropriately.

5. Data Ownership and Management

All data produced, collected, or generated through the Platform is owned by Dunamis Growth. This includes but is not limited to:

• User profiles and account information;
• Restaurant information and menus;
• Customer reviews and ratings;
• Usage statistics and analytics;
• Communications through the Platform.

Dunamis Growth management reserves the right to cancel, delete, or modify any data per their discretion without notifying users. This includes the right to:

• Remove user accounts;
• Delete or modify reviews;
• Remove restaurant listings;
• Modify or delete any content on the Platform;
• Adjust point balances and rewards.

6. Account Termination

Dunamis Growth reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

7. Modifications to Terms

Dunamis Growth reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
